Delldock not booting up

So not sure if this is the right place in the forum but didn't see a seperate section for Delldock so I'll try here.

Running Windows 7 x64 and I cannot seem to make delldock run at startup.

Executable is at "C:\Program Files\Dell\DellDock\DellDock.exe" so nothing strange about location.

I've tried using the delldock options in the gui and have it run at startup which adds the shortcut to my startup folder, but doesn't run at startup.

I've tried manually adding it into the registry in both local machine and current user with neither working.

Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?
