serial key, wrong account

hey,

i understand i messed things up but i didnt realize i did wrong until it actually happened.

i have the original sins of a solar empire game and i signed up to impulse to get the expansions..

i clicked on the link to get the first expansion entrenchment and it asked me for £6 for the expansion, ok, paypal or visa card.. i used paypal as i didnt have my wallet to hand with my visa details.

the paypal is under my dads email, what i didnt know at the time was that if you pay by paypal the game registers only onto the paypal email address. if i knew this i would of waited to get the game.

i looked onto my dads email and they had sent the serial key and i tried typing that serial key manualy when signed into my impulse account, but the key is only registered onto my dads email.

okok, my mistake so i try to buy the game again this time using my visa card so its MY game. only to find an error message before i could purchase the expansion saying something like this account has already tried to enter entrenchment serial key.. 

im wondering if the support of stardock, impulse or who ever deals with this can transfere the serial key to my impulse account so i can play the game.

i have made a ticket but its been 4 days and still waiting for a reply, i couldnt find any contact number and im not sure if there are any UK support options to talk to someone, if some one can shed some light on this that would be great thanks!
