Wincustomize Subscription issue

I purchased a subscription to wincustomize.com, and for whatever reason it has not lifted my download limit. How do I fix this? I even tried purchasing a second time, and it did the same thing. Am I missing something? I have had impulse installed with all my stardock stuff on it with no issue. Any help would be great.

Try deleting your browser cookies.  If you don't want to delete them all, you're wanting to delete the WinCustomize sets and the Stardock sets.  Then log back in.  I think that'll get it but no guarantees...
