I have bought this game 2 years a go and didn't registered it... I still have the game but lost the serial number is there anyway that i can get a new one or the old one if you have it in your system or something? Tnx...
Is this a 'store bought' game or did you purchase it through 'Impulse'?
If it was bought through "Impulse", you can email [email protected] for help.
If it was purchased through the "store", email [email protected] and enclose the email you used at the time to buy it.
By the way i want to say something more... I bought this game again today... I have the recipt as well... But the problem is there is NO CD KEY (SERIAL) inside the product... Please help me with this sutiation... The previous product i bought also dont have it now i remember i can post you the recipt and photo's if you like help me with this problem please...
The only people that can help you are support and they will return to work tomorrow morning.
Post your support ticket number here and I will try and make them aware of your issue in the morning.

Oww i've already sent two mails to let them know the situation... So what do i do now?
When you send a support email you should receive an auto reply from them with a ticket number. If you haven't then check your spam emails for it.
