I am playing basic Sins, no expansion. I've read the board here but can't find the answer. In a 1 player (human) vs. 2 computer player game, do the two computer players form alliances, cease fires, share visions, etc?
Yes, they can and depending on the level will often do so against you.
If you don't have locked teams I'm pretty sure they can make alliances or at least cease fires. In fact they can sometime all gain up on your if you don't get an ally for yourself.
