Heya, sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.

Anyway, I bought Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity in Game (I live in the UK). I never really bothered entering my serial number as it seemed I could play the game without it. Anyway, now when I try and update it, because there is an update available, it seems it does not work.

I keep trying to add the serial key, and I have tried to do it in several ways (I have tried trying it again, I have tried getting rid of the -'s in between the series of letters and numbers), but it still does not work.

This is beginning to annoy me, seeing that I bought this game and I can not update it. Is this because I didn't buy it on Impulse? Is it because I waited ages to register the serial number? What?
