Serial Number?

I just got impulse and bought Stalker: Call Of Pripyat, I wenrt into Impulse and into my games. i clicked install and i accepted the terms, then it asked me to register it because it cant find the base application of stalker. i clicked regisdter and it brought me to the serial number screen but it already had the serial number there and i clicked update serial number And i put in the one i got after i bought the game but i noticed that the one i got and the one that was there was that the one that i copied down had one more set of numbers than the other one which had four sets. and whenever i put in the one i got it says it doesnt work and if i keep the one that they put on there says it works then when i go to install the game it asks for the registration code again and the one that was there is still there. I have no idea what to do and i have sent emails asking for my serial number but all that comes back is this.

Okay, this sort of problem needs direct assistance from Support.  Send one email to [email protected] describing the problem you're having.  Do not send multiple emails as each one causes your problem to be sent back to the end of the line.

I'm sorry that you'll have to wait but, it sounds like there is some sort of activation key error that only support can fix for you.  Please be patient for a reply as it is a long holiday weekend.

I hope you'll have everything fixed for you soon!
