Is this possible??

alright i have some questions and hopefully some of you have the  answers

 

1. can you make it so a piece of research will require a ship to research??

2. can you make it so that a ship can do the same thing that starbases do when they get the weapon upgrades the mech changes??

3. can you make a ship change its mesh when you upgrade its abilitys??

1. You can have research require a ship research previously... But I don't think that that is what you have in mind. I don't think that you can do what you have in mind currently.

2. Yes. Look at the Jarun Migrater's starbase builder upgrade.

3. No, if you have capships in mind, I do not believe that you can do that unless you have an ability target self and put a particle effect mesh on your ship.
