Space priates and zombies Cannot write license file

Hi, im not sure if this is the correct section but i couldnt really find a fitting area to post so my apologies.

I recently bought  the game space pirates and zombies from th impulse driven system and downloaded it. When loading up it asks for a key so input the correct data and says that it cannot write the license file. I've tried everything to get it working i've contacted the creators of the game and while they find a fix for it they said I should contact stardock in hope you can shed some light onto this. I have tried everything from removing AV and firewalls to running as admin, compatibility mode etc and nothing seems to work.

any help would be appreciated.

My best suggestion is that you get on with an email to [email protected] for professional advice in solving your problem. You might get help if a support person sees this thread, but the email will ensure that. Enclose all the details you mentioned above and attach any receipt you should have received.

Don't answer the auto-reply. Wait for a support person to email you. Otherwise, your request for help will get kicked to the back of the queue.

I've tried but It's coming up with an internal server error every time, I cant send it via the ticket system. Guess i should try just a straight up email
