Gift Purchase=Fail

Help?

So earlier today(yesterday around 10pm) I bought Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity for a friend. I added it to my cart, clicked "gift to friend" and put in his email info and bought it. Sadly for whatever reason the game is on my account now instead of his. I got the email for the download and its under my games, any idea How/Why this happened? Can it be fixed? Will billing support even help me? Or will they say "due to our end license user agreement, we can't help you, goodbye." I don't know if this help's but I tried to order it at around 7pm, but the order got declined because my credit card failed to go through. So I clicked the "edit info" button and clicked to change my card info to a different card, but due to circumstance had to wait till around 10pm to get a different card, so I left the page up till then. Came back and put in the info and clicked the purchase button. So here I am, upset and confused by all this. please help?

I would also like to add that when I came back 3 hours later the info for it being gifted was still there.

think you might need to email [email protected] or [email protected] to handled this, but be advised it is the weekend and may not get handled until Monday.

gmc2 is correct. Something like this is best handled by  [email protected] .

Sounds like a glitch, not that that makes you feel better, zMightyMoosez, or maybe there was an error in filling out the order form...who knows?

At any rate, do send that email with all your receipt details in it. Sorry it had to happen to you while you were being a generous friend.

Alright, thanks for the help. I had already sent an email to billing support before posting this, but knowing they take weekends off was hoping to resolve this today and banking on someone knowing something I didn't. Thanks again guys.
