Paypal email incorrect

HI.  I recently terminated COMCAST as my ISP, but PAYPAL still lists my comcast address for my primary email.  I have purchased sins trilogy, but didn't get to download the game, or get an activation email becuase of my old email that i no longer have access to being listed in paypal.  Is there a way to correct this situation?  Thanks in advance.

You will need to email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket.  Include the PayPal email and the email you are using now to login to Impulse.  They will be able to transfer the registration to the proper account.  As this is a weekend you will need to wait until Monday for them to fix this.

I know this may be obvious, but I highly suggest changing your PayPal email to be your current one also.  I have seen lots of people have problems like this because they forget to update their PayPal email.

I have done so  I very recently terminated my comcast account, and I forgot to change my email address before I ordered  :(

I got a request yesterday to provide some information to merge the accounts but have not heard back from support.  Does anyone know how long this usually takes?  Just really looking forward to downloading and playing is all.  Sorry to sound impatient.

Still no contact on this issue, and when I contact Stardock, all I get is a voice recording to leave a message.  My messages responding to my ticket number have gone unanswered as well.  Any idea what the turnaround time on support requests is?

There is only email support now and the usual turnaround is 24-48 hours per reply depending on the backlog of support tickets.  Tickets are responded to on a first come - first served basis and if you send another email before having a reply from support then your position in the response queue is lost and your latest email goes to the back of the queue.
