No Contact

I ordered software last night and have not received any emails from Stardock or Impulse(the site that redirected to Stardock). I had to request an activation email today and have now activated my account, but I cannot see my orders. I understand that it can take 24 hours to receive the download link, but it has now been more than 24 hours and I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes on other digital download sites. I can see the charges on my credit card, but I have no confirmation that your system even has my orders.

The first question would be is the email that you used to order the software the same one used with your Impulse account?

If it is have you checked your spam folder?

I am having the same issue I just brought Europa Universalis 3 but have not recived the download link yet. I can use the support link to get a email of my current games by Stardock.. the problem is that Europa Universalis isn't there so the order isn't procesed for some reason. I used credit card if that makes any difference.

Update: The game now shows up when I ask for a email with an overview of my game stuff. But I never got the purchase email and didn't go to any spam folders either.

Stardock support should be back to work tomorrow. :)
