Delayed order

I have purchased Men of War: Red tide on impulse, but 2046849 order status was displayed as follows:

"This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your products delivered."

I have sent an email to sales. I would appreciate someone sorting this out quickly as I was expecting instant download access. What I object to is being forced to wait for the problem to be sorted out. If there is a problem with my order (fraud/incorrect details) then the transaction should be terminated (as happens elsewhere) allowing me to take my business elsewhere.

I paided by debit card, checked my spam folder and checked my serials.
