Unmaximize window when reopen a running shortcut

Problem with Objectdock free

I'm using Objectdock 2 free.

In the advanced setting, I ticked "if program is already running bring it to foreground only".

If I minimize a maximized program, and click the running shortcut, the program will turn up unmaximized.

It's really annoying. Is there a way to solve it?
