Tech help on modding.

hello people =)

im having an issue right now.

my mods aren't working even after i click enabled mods. my check sums shows up as zero and the game is still the same even after enabling the mod/mods

i installed mad scientist V3.1 for 1.2 diplomacy version

i also added Distant star mod for 1.2 diplomacy version

what can i do about it? i try everything and no changes.

make sure the folder structure for each of the mods is

mods-diplomacy v1.2\mad scientist\gameinfo etc, and NOT

mods-diplomacy 1v.2\mad scientist\mad scientist\gameinfo etc (one too many/few folders in the path WILL cause the dreaded zero checksum problem.
