Why no price drops for upgraders

Hello, I bought a boxed game some time ago, as I updated I discovered the whole "use Impulse or no more updates" thing.

I didn't like it at all (I have Steam and it's more than enough hassle for me) but played along as I wanted the whole SoaSE

experience. I enjoyed the game immensely, and found out about the micro-expansions. I started getting e-mails about

discounts and week-end deals on Impulse for games I had no interest in and waited for a discount on the expansion bundle.

This week-end sees a discount on SoaSE: trinity but nothing for people who would like to upgrade from retail, making the

(discounted) SoaSE: trinity at 14,44 and the expansion bundle at 13,74. Why?

Its just a temporary sale, just like Steam and brick and mortar stores have. Just because a full phone accesories kit is on sale doesn't mean the story will put everything related to cell phones on sale. Trinity just so happened to be the product they choose. In the past they have discounted just the Expansion bundle.

As the other post said, these are just sales that are picked for a short time (this weekend).
