Using ObjectDock as a taskbar replacement: few requests / questions

Iam using OD as a taskbar replacement in conjunction with an alternative shell (litestep) on windows 7 x64. (see screenshot)
Two request here:
- When opening new applications the apps get added on the right side - thats ok, but the dock moves few pixels to the left because of the position beeing relativ. I which there was an option to put the dock at 100px from the left rather than 10% for example.
- i want the dock be always on top of a specific application only (in the case litestep)
Would be greate if this was going to be implemented.
