getting pretty upset.. puchased OD and WinCustomize subscription still can't download because of a download limit

from WinCustomize Forums

$60($49 for the Object Desktop suite + $10 for the WinCustomize sucription) into this and I still can't do anything, getting really ticked off

 

So I got the subscription... now what... I still have adds, I still can't download.. feel like I just got ripped off here

 

I've cleared cookies, I've logged out and logged back in...

 

I show up as a subscriber under my profile...

 

 

Someone please help before I loose my mind!!! and my cool

OK..... you have Impulse and you sign onto it and what happens?

Does anything appear under the My Softwaew tab as available?

Do you have a trial WindowBlinds installed?

How did you purchase OD (credit/debit/paypal)? 

When did you purchase your subscription. I cannot help without information.

1. Make sure you log into the site with the same email/ussername and password you used to purchase OD.

2. Clear old cookies and history and restart your browser. Sometimes the old cookies (the ones that say you're a visitor) don't get overwritten.

 

If you used a debit card it's possible that a hold was placed on the purchase until it clears the bank on Monday.

I have logged in under your account and was able to download just fine.  These are almost always browser issues in relation to cookies.
