Soundpackager Error Help!

Hey guys, so i'm working on a video for youtube on how to change windows 7 to look like a mac. All is fine but I can't install Soundpackager! All of the other installation is fine but I get this error:

And whenever I just ignore it SoundPackager then won't open.

Plz HELP!
