Multiple instances of programs

I'm new to ObjectDock but have run into a problem.  It seems I have only two options:  have the already running instance of the program (say Google Chrome) appear, or have a new instance appear.  The latter results in my having multiple versions of the program running and the former means I can't have a normal and an incognito version running at the same time.  Is there some way to have ObjectDock show all the instances of the program running when you click on the icon?

I have the same thing but only with chrome,it seems to show up the extensions separate as running processes for some reason.

In fact, its'a problem with all programs if you don't just open the one file that's open.  You don't seem to be able to get access to the other versions that are open except by pressing Cnt Alt Del.
