I've heard in come societies they eat chocolate covered ants... but the one that turned even my stomach was chocolate coated maggots.

Yup, chocolate covered maggots.  I read it in a magazine article a few months back... and they're apparently still alive.  It seems the idea is to consume them while still wriggling to enhance the digestive experience.  So say, and I don't swallow it for one moment [pun intended] but they're supposed to replace having to get a clinical colon cleanse cos they eat all the bad stuff and then are expelled in the usual manner

I don't see how they would survive the stomach acids, myself, but anything to sell a novelty idea, I guess. :S

Egg and bacon pie.  Some people call it quiche... but that's for girls.  Real men don't eat quiche. :w00t:
