Assuming that you are posting this here because you downloading a skin that helps your pc ressemble longhorn then you need software to apply that look. The software required has a link on the top of the page you downloaded the skin from. Some software is free, others require you to pay for it.

I never thought about Voodoo's skin!

I wish he wouldn't use tga's. They dramatically effect the visual quality on 98.
