Question about customization

Categories/groups ?

I've recently purchased objectdock plus and I was wondering if there is a way to create a category or group on the quicklaunch dock. I know I can use the tabbed dock but I wanted to do this on the quicklaunch dock. Besides creating a folder with shortcuts (for example: folder called antivirus with shortcuts to my antivirus programs) is there another way to do this?

Also, if anyone has any other ideas or neat tricks on customization, I'd love to hear about it.

Try this. Go to the miscellaneous icon gallery and search for folders. Download the ones you like and put them in an easily accessible place, like your documents folder. One such set is called Tech Pad Pro by the AVMAN. You can find it here https://www.wincustomize.com/users/2607200/theAVMAN The icons are labeled for most like utilities, programs, widgets and such. Place your apps in the appropriate folders on your desktop after renaming them of course then you can change those icons by right clicking on them and choosing properties/change icon. Then navigate to the folder where you put them, change the icon. After that these can be placed in Objectdock and there ya go. Just one possibility.
