Sins of a solar empire registration

I have to say so far Im not impressed with Stardock support at all. I sent an email on the 6th of Feb and am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. 

I researched my issue on the forums and found that I need to email stardock support, I promptly did that with all the relevant information: New copy, no other email addresses on impulse, where/when I brought it, etc.

My first response asked for the information that I have provided. Waited a week, got another response. Asked for photos, I was prepared for this and really should have attatched them the first time, so I sent those off. Ive now recieved another email telling me my ticket is closed as I did not respond in 48 hours??

Im really itching to play Sins of a Solar empire with the expansions (all brought recently), and while Ive been patient, it seems that what I type in emails just are not being read or are being ignored entirely. Not happy at all!

I really hate to whine on a forums, its one of those things I just never wanted to do and frankly make me seem like a cry baby. But I feel totally out of options without opening yet more tickets which may get ignored.

I see where the problem is.  The images you attached were in an 18MB large zip file, which normally is fine, but sometimes an attachment that size chokes the support system.  It's rare, but the email is also routed to a place we can retrieve the files, though the ticket doesn't always get updated properly, so we don't always know that theres anything to look for (whew!).  It's a rare set of occurances, but that doesn't make it better.

In any case, sorry about the trouble, things usually don't happen like that.  You should be all set now (check your email).
