i always can't do it well

What OS are you running? Have you tried uninstall/reboot/reinstall? Do you have another application that might be locking that portion of your system?

my os is XP with sp1
& i've tried several times that uninstall/reboot/reinstall
when i reinstall my os i've install LS
so that would not be locked i guessed

Are you running any other Desktop Customization software other than Stardock Apps?

No because they are Stardock Apps. Do any of the logons that come with logonstudio work? If not then something outside the parameters of logonstudio is causing it not to work correctly.

Do you mean on a fresh install of WinXP, LogonStudio is not working?

Sorry I am at a loss for what it might be on a fresh install of WinXP, unless you've got a corrupt download of LogonStudio. Have you tried to download it again?

when you reinstalled xp did you format the partition it was on? if not then remnants of programs might get left behind and mess things up.

Are you using any other customization programs, other than Object Desktop? They might conflict. Especially, other Logon Programs. And, do you see the default logon when you start windows?

i don't see my default logon when i star the windows.
so is this my problem?
but i've tried when i use the defalt logon,the error window still show on my monitor.
or maybe i should change to the mode that has the default logon then reinstall again .

I have had this problem before. Then I found out that it happens because I changed my non-unicode language setting. It turned to normal when I changed it back to English. Can the logonstudio be customized to be compatible with any non-unicode language settings?
