DirectSkin(7.0.1.5) doesn't support IE 9 ???

I have run the test application on Win7(both 32 & 64 bits) with IE9 installed.
When click the button "Stardock" to navigate via a Web Browser ocx, the program get crashed.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

The project can be downloaded at: http://www.nine-head-bird.com/TestDS.rar

IE9 isn't RTM so 'nothing much' will support it until it is.

Example...open a google page in a tab in IE9 ....search...and click the back button....most times the IE9 tab will crash and recover to blank.

The app will crash even if navigate an "about:blank" page.

And there is no error if don't start skinning.

So I think there would be some work to do before IE 9 is RTM.

IE 9 support is integrated into the full version of DirectSkin, but not the Demo version.

I would recommend that you purchase at a minimum the Development License of DirectSkin (see https://www.stardock.com/products/directskin/license.asp) if you need to test this feature.

What application is crashing for you?

If you are having problems with WindowBlinds and IE9 then you could simply disable WB while you download Impulse, though you should have had Impulse installed already.  If the problem is with Impulse crashing then downloading the build from www.impulsedriven.com and installing that should be sufficient.
