A tous les internautes, Dell est à éviter !!!

La societe Dell agit d'un total manque de tact commercial.

N'espérez aucunes solutions aux rachats de materiels defectueux ni remises.

Les problemes defectueux se trouve dans la fabrication de la tour alienware AERA ALX51

Les ailettes d'aération sifflent et grincent apres 1 mois d'utilisation (même Changée)

Les ports usb sont bloqués par le cache en plastique du support d'aeration et deteriorent vos clés usb en plus vous ne pouvez poser votre disque dur externe que sur les aillettes d'aération (pas de place)

Pour l'ouverture du lecteur si par inadvertance vous actionnez la fermeture du couvercle en oubliant de fermer le lecteur il sera detruit par le couvercle.

une grande partie de la tour est en plastique fabriqué et monté en chine , ce qui ne fournit aucune qualité au produit Alienware anciennement fabriqué en hirlandel, qui a été racheté Par DELL.

Quand au moniteur SP2309W de DELL, les ports usb sont trés difficile d'accés et décalés par le coffrage, ce qui abime vos branchements usb.

N'attendez aucune forme ou réduction commercial de la societe qui se moque bien de vous aprés vos achats onereux, en se vantant de ses excellents chiffres d'affaires.

Actuellement beaucoup de personnes se plaignent du temps et des difficultés de livraisons

Soyez vigilant en achetant chez dell et renseignez vous bien avant de faire un achat chez cette société qui fait sur notre dos des bénéfices exorbitant.

I had a Dell computer for YEARS before I built this one myself. It never gave me a moments trouble. In fact, my son is STILL using it in his bedroom, and it never misses a beat. Go figure............. B[]

i have purchased quite a few dell computers in my time and found the process to be painless and fast. Support was excellent and thourough. Sorry you had problems but i have to disagree with you. Hopefully you find an acceptable solution. :)

lecajef, if you do a search on the net for ANY hardware/computer brand/anything, you will find 'horror stories' [people complaining about disasters, etc] for ALL of them.

Dell [and your experiences] is NOT unique.

Perhaps you will have better fortune with a different brand, but you can be sure there will be people who hate THAT brand for similar reasons to yours with Dell.

It's the 'luck of the draw'...;)
