Tell us how you bought (NO numbers, for your protection), PayPal, Credit card or Debit ard and did you use your SD account email i.d.?

via paypal.  The email ID was different than my normal account but I went into the account and changed the email address to the one tied to my paypal account AFTER I bought the product.  Even then, still says past customer.

For example, my login before I bought the product was delt31 and email was @hotmail.com.  Then I bought the product with paypal which was tied to my yahoo account so I went into the login and changed it so delt31 is tied to my yahoo account.  As of now, when I check on my ID it says pastcustomer still.

try this - log out, delete browser cookies, and flush the cache, restart browser and log back in ...... it might be on your end.

If you didn't use this to transfer the registrations from your PayPal account to your Impulse login account then you need to do so.  -  https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Put your PayPal email in the Source Account and your Impulse email in the Destination Account.

Should doing that not work then email [email protected] with the emails used and they will fix this issue.

guys - I actually changed the email account that is linked to my stardock account so it would match my paypal account.  Therefore the method above won't work b/c it would be the same email for both.  This is really fustrating.  I'll just email support.

Also - to make things even worse, when I go to configure deskscapes and select a dream, my computer blue screens.  UNBELIEVABLE stardock.
