personalizing docks with skins, icons, eta.

Greetings,

Am definitely a newbie here, have seen the skins, wallpapers etc.  I did download one but how do you install this?  it's in a WBA form?  Please enlighten me how to go about this,  would appreciate it.

Furthermore,  where can I can icons for the dock?  I would like to get simple cool icons like the mac icons?  i don't have a mac yet but surely would like to get the feel of having one at least with the dock settings.   hihihihi

Thanx again!!!!

A good place to start is with - Skinning Your PC

The wba file you downloaded is a WindowBlinds and you will need that program to install that type of file. There is a 30 day trial download there.

You can find the other software programs required for each type of Stardock file type here - https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/

That link will also allow you to click on individual galleries for different downloads.

For Mac OSX type icons check here - https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/1005/

Hope that gets you started.  :)

The .wba is a WindowBlinds skin. You need an application called WindowBlinds to run it. go to https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/.

While you're there check out the other categories. There are ObjectDocks, Icons, wallpapers, etc etc. As far as a Mac goes you'd need to ask someone who knows whether or not these are compatible with a Mac. So to hasten things a bit ...

BUMP.
