A problem with a downloaded mod

Stargate Invasion for Entrenchment v. 1.015

I recently downloaded the SGI mod for Entrenchment and I followed the README directions word for word. Yet for some reason, after I press the enable button, the  game pauses for a moment while the mod is enabling and then when I go to start the game there are no changes. Anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?

What is the checksum. If its zero it isn't reading the mod, and there is probably an extra folder in your mod folder that is preventing the game from reading the mod correctly (happens with certain extractors).

Basically, make sure the mod path is  

mod folder -> SGI mod -> GameInfo, Textures etc.

and not this (which would cause your problem)

mod folder ->SGI mod ->SGI mod -> GameInfo, Textures etc.

edit: its for version 1.051 not 1.015 right?

Ok, I checked in my files and I had a original download file without an extract in there, so now that I've moved that to a safe place. So I suppose I should try the game again now.

I have checked it again and the checksum is still zero.

Edit: yes yes it is for the right game version, I made sure it was before I downloaded it (1.051) I put 1.015 on accident.

Edit 2: I looked at the files again and there is actually 3 mod folders... I'll see how that goes as soon as I correct it.

Just remember that SGI is still a WIP which means Work In Progress.

Yeah I know, it's fairly obvious, what with nearly none of the textures on the ships completed.

I have a problem with loadind one mod. I've read all the comments but still i don't understand how to fix it . When i load the mod in  the game menu , it allways doesn't respond .  After that one massage apears "Saved MiniDump: C:\DOCUME~1\"USERNAME"\LOCALS~1\Temp\Sins Dump\Sins-v.1.15-2011-03-19-10-10-52-2572-2368.dmp "

If someone knows something about this problem and how to fix it please write . :)

What mod is it?

What version of the game is it built for?

Minidumps happen for a lot of reasons. We need more info.

[Tutorial] Placing Mods but like Ryat states, probably wrong version of the mod for the wrong version of the game of the wrong expansion.
