IconPackager: Problem when setting custom Icons

I am using Object Desktop - full version. It embeds the functionality of resetting icon to something user chosen.

However, this functionality has become a bit corrupted on my machine. I currently cannot use it. I use the following steps:

Rightclick on Folder Icon to change

Choose Properties, choose Icon tab.

Click "Change Icon".

At this point, a window should appear, to select an icon to use.However,for me right now, this dialuge is not visible - it's either outside the screen somehow, or something else is wrong.

I can't see the Select Icon dialogue box at all, but the button is disabled, and the properties box cannot be closed.

I think a registry setting for placing the Icon select window has gone a bit off.

Previously this worked, but after I hit "maximize" in the dialogue box, this problem started.

Would be really grateful for help! If I could know what the Registry key is for this value, I could reset it.
