Ok so I have ordered a game and it has not arrived where is it please?

Did you purchase using a different email address from the one associated with your Impulse account? I don't see any game registrations under the email address associated with this account. You can use the tool provided here:


https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/


to move the registrations from one account to the other.  Note that this tool will move all registrations associated with the account.
