i just registerd my serial number and when i pressed register it said successfully registerd but then under that it also said we canot update your game because you have not registerd it yet can sombody tell me whats going on

Use whatever email program you use and input that address in the To: box.
If you don't use an email program go to whatever website you use Yahoo!, Gmail, MSN, etc. and put that address in the To: box.
I believe it's preferred that you send that email from whatever account you registered the game with.
In the message you should include a description of your problem so they know why you're emailing them.
Support will work with you until your issue is resolved.
