Multiple Monitor Support - and few other things

I noticed this on the older versions and i was surprised, but notice it on the new version as well, i didn't know if it was overlooked in programming or if i was doing something wrong all this time so i'll try to describe what i see and the operation.

I have 2 monitors, if i put a zoom dock on the far left side of one of the monitors - the separators show up on the other monitor - its annoying - its been that way for years and years - i just figured it would be gone with version 2, so i thought I'd share now since its not gone.

The other item has to do with the ability to drag icons on a zoom dock on the second monitor - i have to change the position to the first monitor in order to drag the icons in the arrangement i wish to use - again its always been that way - not sure if its me or not but its kinda anoy'n -

Other than that - it would be nice if the backgrounds etc were "auto install" cuz i'm lazy and used to windowblinds/iconpackager/cursorFX just doing all that on their own - :) - and it would be nice if the task bar stuff referenced some good lookin icons (maybe from the dock or the software exe) rather than the 1x1 icons they seem to use haa....

Thanks - keep up maint. on this stuff to keep us all interested - theres another dealio with the docklets but i see thats a thread thats already been started

thanks!

A picture would help to get your point across.

Maybe it is just "style" related to the dock -

Thanks :)

I guess to bump this thread - as well - it may be just as easy to suggest for future releases - I would like to say that any updates to object dock should really try and gear towards multiple monitor support - specifically on logging in/loggin out - separators - and object dock position bugs - even the ability to hide docks "in between" the monitors would be cool :) -

Thanks

object dock supports dual monitor setups already.
To your problem with the drag and drop seperator stuff this sounds more like a administrative problem.
So my question would be is OD installed on your user profile? And are there other user profiles ?
You may simply try to run OD as Administrator.
Having the options to hide the dock beetween the monitors would be totally useless :D would you like to have a gap beetween your icons and view them on boths sides idunno but i dont think thats very usefull at all.OD does and should remain for quick navigation in my eyes.

PS : You have a bad monitor setup... you should try to get the same size for each monitor also having 2 diffrent resolutions running on your GA will cause problems and soon or later it will die.
