Serial Isn't Working
Hi there, I just tried registering my copy of SoaSE (no expansion) today. Unfortunately when I tried registering the code on my manual with Impulse it wouldn't work; any suggestions or is my key already used/broken?

Include the dashes, and make sure you typed it out right.
I tried re-entering it with the dashes and checked the number about a dozen times but with no luck.
I just checked the generic serial key example and it shows it as...
ABCDE-1AB23-166E3-2EDC0-DAB24-FA243
which roughly translates to this (N=number and L=letter)...
LLLLL-NLLNN-NNNLN-NLLLN-LLLNN-LLNNN
while my number is
LNLLL-LNNLN-NNNNN-LLNNL-LNNNN-NNLLL
Am I missing something or is the generic example wrong/not displaying where numbers/letters actually fit?
I believe that they use the Hexadecimal system, effectively making the letters numbers, so it shouldn't make a difference if a character is a letter or number as long as it's one of the 16 characters in this numeral system.

Please contact [email protected] about this, they should be able to get things sorted.
Yep.
I'm still waiting on my ticket to be fixed, its been 1 and half weeks now...
My serial number format is LNLNL-LLLNN-LLLLL-NLNNN-NNNNN-NNLNL
I sent the ticket off on 21st Jan, got a reply on the 28th and its now 1st Feb
