Helldorado

I just paid for Helldorado and for the first time, a title I'd bought is not showing up in my games list. What can I do to make it appease so I can  download.

I rebooted, restarted, reinstalled, uninstalled then installed Impulse...nothing would make the game appear.

Did you purchase the game using PayPal and if so, is the email for PayPal the same as your Impulse login?

Yes, paid by Paypal but my email address on Impulse is different, but both my Paypal and Impulse notification for purchase came to the Paypal email address. There was not notification for my Impulse address.

 

 

Must they be the same?

Yes, your registration and your Impulse account should be associated with the same email address. You can use the tool provided here:

 

https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/


to move the registrations from one account to the other.  Note that this tool will move all registrations associated with the account.
