Registration problems

i bought the expansion to sins of a solar empire yesterday and began install impulse as well. Well i got the email for the activations and now i got to register the two new games. Well it says it was succesful but it does not go away. i go back to the game to install but it says that i need to register it i restarted impulse and it still is not working
