I just made my one and only email for stardock trying to get support link.. when i finally activate my email and look for there support i typed in my email and it says my email has not yet been activated... i click for them to send me another activation email and so they do.  i get to it and try ativating my email for stardock and it says its already activated... again i go for there support and same thing 'email not activated'.. can someone please help me i just wanna play sins of a solar empire online but i need a new serial number.. mine dont seem to work and i read in many forums to do this but i find myself in this situation.

My real issue is that i recently bought  a pc game 'Sins of a Solar Empire' and been trying to log in online so i can play with a couple buddies... point is when i went to do downloads and creat my online account everything was great till i got to my serial number.. i wrote down on there box the serial number that came in the box but when i click the register button it said 'invalid serial number' it told me to go to stardock support and thats when my previous post comes in.. please any help would be great

Did you buy the game used?

Otherwise . . SD Support will have to investigate.

Is marked as New.  The guy did get it from the back though and put it in the case.. do i need to go yell at them and get my money back? GameStop

If I were a betting man . . (and I am). . . .I'd suggest that you got a game that was activated and returned.

SD may be able to make it better . . but I'd still bitch at GS and see if they can't make this right.

I already sent SD and email at the email adress u gave me Zubaz with the whole situation as posted here.  hopefully ill get a reply on monday and they can help me out. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP. and yes i will go there tomorrow and deal with GS
