I bought my brand new sins of a solar empire bit Impulse won't accept the serial key therefore i can't register my game online.
Could someone please reply and tell me what to do and how to fix the problem.

Yes i have instaled impulse and i have registered with them.
I also posted a ticket with the same issue 4 days ago.....no reply yet would really like to register my sins of a solar empire as i digital downloaded the expansions.
I have done the same. You have to be patient because they do take some time before they reply. But if they accepted your ticket they will reply.
This is getting stupid ive just been informed by stardock my code is registered under another name and email addy, i only have one email address and the cd key was not visible in the case and the case was sealed when i bought it
This happened to me with Steam and Fallout:NV. They had a process for proving proof of purchase that required high quality digital photos of the receipt and CD-Key. Does Stardock not have any recourse if the key was hacked?
@tisserant1989 i had the same email from stardoc bu in addition they asked me if i have bought the used game. I must admit this is getting a bit stupid now.
@ZombiesRus5- That is a good question to which im sure there is an answer although i dont know it unfortunately.
