Crashed last two nights (How to read the crash logs?)

So I've be using the program for several years now and really love it, but the last two nights (overnight) it crashed.  I can see that there are crash logs, but I don't know how to read them.  I'm pretty sure I'm up to the latest free version (I'm not able to find the build number for some reason) Here is my setup:

• Dock: Zoomer Dock, 14 Icons, Bottom of screen, 55 pixels tall, Vista dock dark, no effect, regular
• Normal Quality, no zoom, optimized for memory
• WinXP SP3
• Dell Optiplex GX745 (C2D 2.66GHz, 4GB RAM-yes it shows as 3.25GB)
