Hi guys, I picked up a copy of sins a couple of days ago.
Unfortunately I can't register with the code on the box. The code was viewable on the inside of the case in the shop, so I guess may already have been used.
Any advice on how I can get a new one?
The only way to get a new serial number is to email [email protected] (don't send more than one initial email, or it will take longer for them to get back to you) explaining your predicament. In the mean time, unless it is different with trinity you should be able to play the game just with the disk; the serial number is for online play and updates.
