How long to wait for support e-mails.

So I sent a request to the support people requesting the DLC codes for Dragon Age Ultimate (yes, I was an idiot and deleted the original purchase e-mail with recording the redeem codes.) So they sent me a ticket number and warned me not to contact them again before I heard from them, as that would reset my place in the queue.   So I have waited.  It is now 6 days.  Is that usual?  Should I continue to wait or should I send another request?

Post your support Ticket Number here and I will try and forward it on the Support when they return to work tomorrow (Monday) morning.

you should hear from them within 5 "business" days from the date of your email. Stardock is closed on weekends. You might want to try IRC Monday morning EST. #stardock

Thanks for the reply.  The ticket number is   KLW-135705.   I sent the e-mail last monday, so if the goal is 5 business days, then I guess they have until Monday?   (I'm impatient, what can I say. :)

I responded to your ticket with your serial, so you should be all set.  Generally, if you right click on the game's entry in Impulse, and select 'Show first run info', a window will pop up with the serial number you need:
