Cant get impulse up and running.

Hi, I just purchased the sins download set for the expansions. I was prompted to install Impulse. I installed impulse and it wont let me log on.

Keeps saying server doesn't respond, check your internet connection. Obviously my connection is fine. Is there a problem here?

Might want to check your firewall settings and protection software. Sometimes that can cause this issue.
