How to get credit as a subscriber?

I bought the subscription to wincustomize back on November 25th; but although I got an email and was charged with the purchase, it is like it had no effect. I had downloaded my free limits and even now it only asks me to buy a subscription after I had already done that last month. i tried logging out and back in, emailed stardock with no response, tried looking in impulse to enter the subscription code but there is no "wincustomize' product. What the heck? Why is this absurdly difficult like this? Any tips on getting subscription credit? I have the whole stardock object desktop package from last year but the wincustomize sub won't work. if I can't get any help i guess i can file a claim with paypal but I sure shouldn't have to resort to that... :(

I believe that is your problem.  You probably have a different email for paypal than your Stardock/Impulse login ID and need to transfer your purchase to your Stardock/Impulse email.

If that doesn't work then post your Ticket number that you received from Stardock support and I will forward it on to them on Monday when they return to work.

When did you email sales/support? Was it over the weekend? They work M-F 9-5.

Did you use your Stardock account email (the one you use to logon here) to pay at PayPal? if different you can change it at sales, or here:

email sales or support ONLY ONCE. Each time you email you join at the end of the line and lose your prior place.
