X3 Gold Installation Error - Serial Number Not Recognized

I'm not getting a response in the Stardock Support section so I'll try here.

I am having problems installing the game. I am getting a "serial number you have entered is not recognized by Impulse" error. I have tried to enter the serial number through the register product button but I get an error there too. I opened support ticket but still no response.

Please help. Thanks

I have the same problem with galciv II.  Since there doesn't seem to have a support feature to repoprt problem, how do I get it fixed?????

Seeing the same issue,  just with the x3 update.  I was given my serial from impulse a long time ago, but now it is aparently not valid?
