Custom sounds

Does anyone know were I can get sound effects from I want to make a new race and add it to the game but i don't want to use the sounds that came with the game I have a converter to convert them to .ogg format so that won't me a problem for me it is just finding them. I have looked through a good portion of the forums and I can't find any mention of it unless I overlooked it (which is possible). Its just I want to add a new race to the game but I want their sounds to be unique to them. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome. Thanks guys

Gurkos has some good weapon effects if toy not using it already. Voice overs a hard to pull from movies or TV because there is always that background music. Try some of your old games. I replaced a lot of tec voices with Battlefield game sounds. Couple of good explosions and weapons I got from the Transformers and GI Joe movie. 

Old out of Date mods might let you use some original sounds also.
