Slow Download

Hi,

I just purchased GalCiv II Ultimate (online only) and am in the midst of trying to download it using Impulse. It's been running for over 1/2 an hour, with only 10% of the game downloaded. Any explanation for this, or how this can be improved?

This can sometimes be caused by security/firewall software, or router firewalls. Download speeds through Impulse are typically limited only by your connection's bandwidth.
