Cannot download purchased DeskScapes from Impulse

 

Hello, I cannot be able to download purchased DeskScapes from Impulse application.

This is the error I alway get from yesterday ... and yes, I'm online and my internet connection works ok!!!

 

Could someone help me to install the purchased DeskScapes? Is there any way to download the setup.exe to install offline?

Please make sure your system time and date are set correctly.  Also, if you have proxy information entered into Internet Explorer, Impulse may be trying to use that.  To make sure there are no proxy settings that could be interfering:

In XP, go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings:

In Vista/7, go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings:

AAAaahhh! Got it!

I don't know why the ie64 proxy doesn't work with impulse. For sure I'm surfing the internet without problem with this configuration.

Btw removing the proxy from ie solve my issue.
