Editing Player starting planets

Hi all I have been making maps for SOASE and I wanted to know how do I change the number of starting planets in the Galaxy Forge editor when I go to the Edit Players tab the area that I want to change is grayed out. And besides that Some of the new players that I have created in the map editor don't have a starting planet even though I create one in the editor. I think it is that grayed out area that I need to change to one it is set at zero. Did not know that I had to change that number Always thought that once you created a home world planet assign a player to it and it would do the rest.

So this is in the Galaxy Forge? Just create as many planets as you wish for them to have, select each planet and select the owner drop down box and give it to the desired player. Also for homeworlds you have to use the owner drop down box to give the planet to a player first then go to the homeworld dropdown box and select true.
