object dock 2

error creating windows

I know this might seem dum but i can not download any docks or anything with object dock 2 I know Im doing something wrong but cant find answer I keep getting error creating window handler i have windows7 64bit can anyone expain this Thank You

Sounds like something is interfering with the dock. Do you get this if you disable any extra docklets/etc. you have installed?
